Comb brows  into place and blend in the  color  using the included mascara-type   brush.

HOW
Use the brush to comb brows into place. Apply  the   pencil with small, sharp, upward movements, following the shape  of your  eyebrows  and softly fill them in. Repeat with the brush to  blend the  product  evenly.
